A manual approval queue is the right answer at five applications a week. At fifty it is a job nobody wants, and good customers wait days for a decision that was never in doubt.
B2B Registration Pro empties the queue. Rules read each application and decide: approve the obvious ones automatically, turn away the obvious ones with a reason, and hold only the genuinely uncertain for you to read.
What Pro adds
- Decision rules — Match on email domain, country, or any answer on your form — filled in, empty, exactly, not, contains, starts with, or matches a pattern — and approve, reject or hold.
- Ordered, with a safe default — First matching rule wins, and anything no rule covers falls through to your manual queue exactly as before. Rules only ever take work off your desk.
- A role per rule — Trade applicants become wholesale customers and distributors become something else, from one form.
- Conditional fields — Ask for a customer type, then show only the fields that type needs. Show a field only when an earlier answer calls for it.
- Real validation — Email addresses, web addresses and number ranges are checked before the form is accepted, so you stop collecting a phone number in the VAT box.
- Emails you control — Edit every email — received, approved, rejected, admin alert — with merge tags for the name, company, customer type, decision, rejection reason and a login link. Sent through the WooCommerce template.
- Bulk decisions and export — Approve or reject in bulk, send someone back to pending for a second look, and export applicants to CSV with every custom field.

Upgrading from free
Install and activate Pro and the free plugin is deactivated automatically. Both versions read the same data, so every setting and everything you have already created carries over untouched. There is no import step and nothing to reconfigure.
What happens without a license
Pro degrades to the free feature set rather than switching off. Your store keeps working, your Pro configuration is kept safe rather than deleted, and everything starts applying again the moment a key is activated. Losing a license should never cost you a sale.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to an application no rule matches?
It goes to your manual queue, exactly as in the free plugin. Rules never lose an applicant.
Should I really auto-reject people?
Most stores use rejection rules only for the clear-cut cases — free webmail domains on a trade-only store, say — and let everything else through to review. The applicant is always told, with the reason you wrote.
In what order are rules checked?
Top to bottom, first match wins. Put narrow rules above broad ones.
